Deliveries
Domestic orders are delivered within 48 hours except on weekends.
In Europe in 2-3 days.
In U. S. within 3-4 days.
In the rest of the world from 7 to 15 days depending on destination.
Note: As long as there is stock available when ordering.
The orders are delivered by courier.
Fragile items and risk of rupture as ceramics, glass etc ... are only sent by courier. The shipment can be tracked via Internet in real time, we will send the number of slip "tracking" If you ask us, and confirmation of your order by e-mail once you complete the checkout process. Shipping charges include packaging, handling and insurance.
Portes
The ports are provided separately and are payable by the buyer.

Claims
