As long as there is stock available when ordering, the shipment by express courier service will take in between 2 and 5 workdays, depending on destination. By regular post, in between 7 and 20 workdays, depending on destination.
Fragile articles as ceramics, glass, etc., travel more secure by an express courier service, so we advise to select it in the purchase process.
Our shipments can be tracked via Internet in real time. You will always receive a tracking number and a confirmation of your order once you complete the checkout process.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and insurance. The charge will be shown at the end of the order and will be determined by the weight, the volume and the destination of your order.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Gaudi Barcelona Shop has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
All the payment information is going through a secure server (SSL) linked to our bank.
Payments are preferably made via credit card or PayPal. Accepted credit cards: VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB. If you prefer an alternative payment method, please send your request and details by e-mail.
Individual minimum purchase per order: 20 €.
Returns & Refunds
The buyer has the right to return the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days without the need for justification. To exercise the right of return, the buyer must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us by making an unequivocal statement, including name, full address, telephone, order’s date and number.
The product to be returned should be sent together with a copy of the completed delivery note or invoice. The costs of returning the product shall be payable by the buyer, including the shipping, rates, duties and any other taxes that may be incurred as a result of the return
The returning will not be valid when the products are not returned in their original packing and when they are not in perfect condition.
Furthermore, returns of articles that can be deteriorated or expired quickly are not permitted, nor are returns of articles that have been customized as per customer’s request, like rings or serigraphied articles, or goods that have been unsealed.
Gaudi Barcelona Shop will check if products are in the same original conditions when they are returned. Articles that are returned incomplete, broken, damaged, impaired or dirty will not be reimbursed.
The return will result in the refund of the amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs, rates, duties and any other taxes or expenses that the user has paid for the purchase, delivery and return of the products. Gaudi Barcelona Shop will pay the refund using the same method of payment as the user employed for the initial transaction, unless the user has expressly arranged otherwise. Gaudi Barcelona Shop will withhold the reimbursement until it has received the product.

Return of defective products
Gaudi Barcelona Shop will only permit changes or refunds of products after the purchase has been made, in the event that they are defective, in accordance with the legal guarantees of the products supplied, or if the buyer exercises their right of return from the purchase in the terms set out in the previous section.
The refund must take place during the two (2) months following the purchase confirmation date. All the products to be returned must be in the same state in which they were delivered, with the original packing and labels.
In the event that a defective product is delivered, Gaudi Barcelona Shop will do everything possible to replace the product for another one that is the same or similar. Once it has been checked that the return has been made correctly and the terms and conditions have been respected, Gaudi Barcelona Shop will proceed to initiate the replacement or reimbursement process. If the client does not wish to have the product replaced and chooses reimbursement, the refund amount will be paid by the same method as the one the client used to make the payment. Rates, customs duties and similar expenses will be at the buyer’s expense. In the event of loss or damage of the products or delay of the shipment, the shipping company will be responsible and the terms and conditions of shipping shall apply, with Gaudi Barcelona Shop bearing no liability to the user in this regard.We kindly ask you to check the goods upon delivery, if possible in front of the driver. Goods must arrive in perfect condition. If you notice any incident related to transport, please notice it on the delivery note and communicate us so within the next 24 hours after reception.
In cases in which not all the conditions of return are met, Gaudi Barcelona Shop will not be able to accept the return and will inform the user of this by email. Rejected articles will be at the customer’s disposal for two (2) months, and they may request them to be sent, assuming all the costs of the new delivery beforehand.
