Scope

Our Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply exclusively; we do not recognise any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from our Terms and Conditions of Sale unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing. Our Terms and Conditions of Sale shall also apply if we carry out the delivery to the customer without reservation in the knowledge that the customer's terms and conditions conflict with or deviate from our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Delivery Information

We ship worldwide (except for a few restricted locations). Delivery times depend on the shipping method, destination, and product availability at the time of your order:

  • Express Courier (Recommended for fragile items like ceramics and glass): 2–5 business days
  • Regular Post: 7–20 business days

📦 Important:

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes—please provide a physical address at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability in our warehouse when your order is placed.

All orders come with real-time tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking number along with an order confirmation after checkout.

For the safest delivery of delicate items, we highly recommend choosing express shipping at checkout.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and insurance. The charge will be shown at the end of the order and will be determined by the weight, the volume and the destination of your order.

Customs & Import Fees

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Gaudi Barcelona Shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.
  • Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.
  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for any applicable customs fees and delays.

Returns & Refunds

Right of Return

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without the need for justification. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@gaudiclub.com with the following details:
✔️ Your name and full address
✔️ Telephone number
✔️ Order date and number

📦 Return conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and perfect condition.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Perishable or quickly expiring items
    • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved rings, serigraphied articles)
    • Goods that have been unsealed
  • The buyer covers all return costs, including shipping, duties, and any applicable taxes.
  • Items returned incomplete, broken, damaged, or dirty will not be reimbursed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund for the product price only (excluding shipping, duties, and other expenses). Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged. We will withhold the refund until we receive the returned product.

For a smoother process, please include your order number, invoice, order date, delivery date, and a brief description of the products you’re returning. 

Returning defective products

If you receive a defective product, you may request a replacement or refund within 2 months of purchase.

📌 Steps for a defective product return:

  1. Contact us at orders@gaudiclub.com with your order details.
  2. Return the product in its original packaging and labels.
  3. If the return is approved, we will:
    • Replace the product with an identical or similar item, if available.
    • If you prefer a refund, it will be processed using your original payment method.
    • Customs duties and return shipping costs remain the buyer's responsibility.

If the package was damaged during shipping, please check the goods upon delivery and, if possible, inspect them in front of the courier. If you notice any issues:

  • Report the issue on the delivery note.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Gaudi Barcelona Shop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, as liability falls on the shipping company.

If the return conditions are not met, we will inform you via email. The rejected items will be held for 2 months, during which you may request a reshipment at your expense.


Alcoholic Beverages

By purchasing alcoholic beverages, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country. A notice regarding this requirement will be displayed on relevant product pages.
